Hal Posted November 9, 2008 Report Share Posted November 9, 2008 There was a Spectra Star company out of Yuma, AZ that made SLK's and stunt kites. I believe they are out of business now, though several of their kites appear to be still on the market under the New Tech brand. No association with the spectra fiber used for kite lines.
