Well, actually, not so hard. Just look for the older middle-aged guy with the biggest grin - that will be Rich.

Yes! It's safe to say that Rich probably has the biggest (and genuine) smile on the beach. You can 't miss him!

I'm trying my best to be there as well. Just look for the shortest Rev flier (excluding Ian Willoughby!) LOL.
