John Barresi Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Hi folks, just a heads up... I was really frustrated with our subscription system layout and methodology, so we've gone back to an upgraded version of our old one. 1. You'll now see the "Subscriptions" tab in our forum navigation menu, and "Store" is gone. 2. If you find that a subscription icon isn't showing on your forum posts and it should be, please send me a PM and I'll sort it out. 3. We use a master list here in the office for all drawings, you definitely won't miss out on any prizes. Thanks for your patience and support! Quote
--Pete Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 I tried to upgrade to a lifetime, but something went wrong. I foolishly did not record the error message before trying again, and now it won't even let me try again. Quote
John Barresi Posted September 8, 2011 Author Report Posted September 8, 2011 Pete, if you'd like to upgrade to lifetime, I can just "clean" your account here so it doesn't show a subscription and you should then be able to initiate the new subscription. Work for you? Quote
--Pete Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Fine with me. I'd hate to lose my 'valuable' #833 member number, though. Quote
John Barresi Posted September 8, 2011 Author Report Posted September 8, 2011 Nope, #833 is yours, attached to our master list. You *should* now be be able to select the lifetime option, via this link. Let me know, thanks Pete! Quote
--Pete Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Nope. Red dot with exclamation point in place of circle where I should select life subscription, and message saying I must cancel automatic payment before I can upgrade. According to PayPal, I HAVE canceled, but your subscription system does not seem to believe it. Quote
John Barresi Posted September 9, 2011 Author Report Posted September 9, 2011 Ah, I think I found it - should be alright now! Sorry, the renewed (old) system is simple again and I over thought it before. Quote
John Barresi Posted September 9, 2011 Author Report Posted September 9, 2011 Brilliant, thank you so much Pete. #833 forever! Quote
benjychan Posted October 16, 2011 Report Posted October 16, 2011 Hi there, I've just subscribed to kitelife and now have an issue with the downloading of videos - I keep getting this error message when trying to download a file: [#10850.1] An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator Is this something to do with cookies? Thank you for your time! Quote
John Barresi Posted October 17, 2011 Author Report Posted October 17, 2011 Ben and I are working on this issue via email. Quote
