Tybee Island Kite Flying Festival at the North Beach parking lot entrance @ Museum and beach area! Come out and fly a kite to support and create awareness about Parkinson’s and other movement disorders.

Maybe some one ought to contact them about their info - the poster shows that the event starts at 11 am and ends at 11:19 AM!! That would be a pretty short festival for anybody thinking of travelling to it!! lol !!

Now it says:

Still strange ? Wonder what is wrong with 11:00 - 1:00 ?

OH, they really got that screwed up. The end time is changing with the time of day. I just watched it change from 1:09 PM to 1:10 PM

If you notice, the end date is the same date as the start date because it is a 1 day Festival. The End time, is the time that you are looking at the website. There is an error in the time data for ending. I checked, and found out that it ends at 2PM.
