Hadge Posted July 30, 2014 Report Posted July 30, 2014 Does anyone know a safe way to remove dye 'bleed' on Icarex fabric? I've just bought an HQ Tattoo Zero with some stains where the red panels have bled into the white panels ( I did know about this when I bought it). It's not too bad and I can live with it, but if there is an easy way to get rid of them it would be good. Thanks Quote
mystainedskin Posted July 30, 2014 Report Posted July 30, 2014 On Revs ...there is a specific method used for stain cleaning. Folded napkins on each side with denatured alcohol and very light cleaning of the area. You are technically removing coating from the material...like removing wax from your cars paint. Be gentle.. If it is not a bad stain and does not bother you too much..I wouldn't mess with it. Some bleeds fade over time..to the point of barely being visible at all. 3 Quote
John Barresi Posted August 12, 2014 Report Posted August 12, 2014 This is Bazzer's own, proven method. As Scott says, only if you really can't stand the stains. Quote
mystainedskin Posted August 12, 2014 Report Posted August 12, 2014 Guess i should add the quote"unquote" ...direct from Mr. B and a recent Casual Clinic Quote
John Barresi Posted August 13, 2014 Report Posted August 13, 2014 And again, I'd have to quote/unquote it from Bazzer from a clinic a few years back. 1 Quote
