Bring your own kite This is a truly great festival for the whole family!

Here are some highlights:
• See giant show kites…some as large as a city bus. Plus, our beloved local kite flyer Lyle Walter continues to honor the good ole U.S. of A with his amazing collection of Red, White and Blue kites!
• Great Activities for Children: Free Kite making, Japanese Taiko Drummers and Candy Drop.
• Free Stunt Kite Lessons: Try out the thrill of flying a dual line kite
• Amazing acrobatics demonstration by a World Champion stunt kite flyer Chieko Tagami
• See World Famous Japanese Kite Master, Mikio Toki and his traditional edo–dako (traditional Tokyo-style kites constructed with washi rice paper and bamboo). 50 flying on a line!
Be amongst some of the biggest kite enthusiasts in the world from the San Diego Kite Club, Ventura County Kite Flyers and the American Kitefliers Association

Tomorrow, October 11th is also the worldwide "One Sky One World" fly for peace.

What better way is there to spend a beautiful autumn (at least here) afternoon?
