Skytiger hi100 tuning tips

I have a skytiger hi100 and I can't seem to get it to go to the top of the wind window.  It's been a number of years since I've flown, so any info would be helpful

like for all quads check to have all lines equals. next step is to have the right setup to the handles ore to the multi point setup of bottom lines , to much breaks will make the kite to not launch ore on your case to not reach the top of the wind window. another important aspect of control and fly is the multi bridle to not have tangles ore twists. any twist in bridle change the shape of the sail and that affect the fly
