Yes, 250 low end and safe would be 500. ( I fly tons of laundry) I prefer to shop local and have B&S on SPI, TX. Online brand for me is Premiere Braided they have the 250/500ft and 500/500ft.

There’s just something amazing about setting out 500 lb line on a 36 Sled. 7 sleds & 1 foil and counting... They just keep coming in after a kite shop visit...

For stakes: I have used the Coleman 10” stake removing the green part and using a tennis ball for top holder (visual on beach). Some use golf balls as a top holder.

Many times if at all possible, I prefer to shop local.

Bought my first Stunt kite (New Tech Kites Detonator) in 2002 here. Since then I've moved on to single line, sleds, power kites, etc.

Is it similar to a Widow or Widow NG?

We are currently flying at Isla Blanca Park Pavilion 2 and if no room there we head to the convention center flats. We try to fly on Saturdays and Sundays twice a month or so.
