So i got a hold of a 2year old used REV EXP

. Tiny hole in the sail-tedlar tape should take care of it.

line set seems thick and heavy, and its not sleeved like i'm used to with my two-line kites.

does that matter?

BTW didn't get a chance to fly it yet . No thanks to the REV reps at the Berkeley Kite festival- i couldn't stop till i had got my own

I have both sleeved and naked linesets, can't say that it matters.

You don't want thick and heavy. 90# is perfect. I prefer to have sleeving, but it isn't a bug deal.
