If i perforate sail material on kite little bit.

Can kite fly in high wind better than before? :w00t:

I suppose that you could do that. But it may end up tearing you kite apart some materials would fray .also the frame work could brake if it could not handle the stress.Perhaps a more experienced flier could give you a better evaluation,If there is a lot of higher wind in your aria you might want to just get a vented kite if $ are short go to eBay for good used kites. have fun and keep your feet on the ground.

zech, what kind of kite are you considering doing this with?

It's possible to do this with nearly any kite, but one should be very cautious, as there's no taking holes out once they're in. :)

I have one cheap kite.

Sail with Ripstop Nylon

fiberglass frame 4 mm.

I use to fly in 15 - 25 mph.

I just test it. May be if possible it can fly to 30 - 35 mph ?? :)

Quite possibly.

If you decide to this, I'd look at pictures of other vented kites to get an idea if hole locations and types... Then start with a few, and add more as you feel is necessary. :)
