Northwest Flyers

I just finished meandering through the last issue of SKQ and in the competition and standings section I noticed two things, first was how many events that you won or did well in, I even saw a perfect score, IMPRESSIVE! Second was that Troy Gunn is listed in the Nortwest standings, was he a Northwest flyer?

Thats right Troy was alongtime flyer here in the northwest . He flew alot out of Delta Park here in Portland along with Mike Sterling (Team Cyborg) Dave Britian and others

I remember the first time I saw Dave Britian flying 2 Revs at the same time down at the park I almost drove off the road

1992 was my winningest season ever... In Experienced class, I still hold two records.

- 42 times in the top three

- 13 ranked events entered

That year me and my father traveled as far as one could for events... From Los Angeles to Vancouver BC, South Miami Beach to Boston.
