On board a stunt kite

Hi all,

This is my first post so I thought I would link to some videos I took back in 2005.

Its on board camera mounted on a cheap stunt kite. The camera is a pin hole type mounted on a pole from the nose.

the transmitter and battery are cable tie to the spine.

PS: look for the crash in the first one it not clear but it there.

Lots of potential with aerial video on sport kites, especially with all the new gear out there like GoPro.

yes 6 years on and a HD camera in halve the size that i had, and with out the receiver, recorder, power supply, aerial needing to be setup on the ground to record it all.

Got to love progress.

JB, I'm pretty sure I couldn't hold a camera that steady in my hand. Nice flying!
