  1. Very nice! I've been thinking of buying a sewing machine at Jo-Anns. I've heard they also have free lessons. After seeing your creations, I'm going to order one today.
  2. Had to resurrect this for a question. Does sub freezing temps affect the mesh on the leading edge? I flew a lot this winter in 10°- 20° temps. Today I noticed that there are at least 4 small holes in the mesh. The Rev is just a year old. I'm wondering if the mesh stiffens in very cold temps? I never paid attention when I was flying.
  3. I recently purchased the same set-up, only pink & purple. With enough wind it flew just fine. I did add pigtails top & bottom, so I can use my regular equalized lines. I am going to equalize & sleeve the lines, and buy a new style bridle.

    Kite Fun

    Just havin' fun!
  5. I've been flying dualies for about 2years, and Revs for a little over 1 year. I don't know why, but I just can not trick on a dualie. The hand motions seem so fast, and my old hands don't move that fast. I do like putting the Prism E3 up in a good wind, and hanging on. I just find it much easier to trick on the Revs.
  6. Just binge watched all of the videos. They are simply amazing! Thanks John for sharing, and thanks TK for excellent filming.
  7. Had a great time last year. If you enjoyed "Kites on Ice" in Madison years ago, you're sure to enjoy this. Sky Circus on Ice
  8. I'm in. Just the thing to get others interested.
  9. I started with a Prism Quantum and love it. Can really feel the wind with.
  10. Red, White, and Blue...Sure would look great flying here in Wisconsin on the 4th of July.
  11. Better than it being upside down!
  12. You talked me into the NikNak. I needed something for light winds. Just got it recently, and I love it. In 6-10mph winds today my E3 was flying nice and slow, but the NikNak was a little speedster. I'm not doing tricks yet, but I can't wait to learn.
  13. I would also like to know my number please. Thank you Bruce
  14. I'm still waiting to get out and try my new NYM. But, count me in for this one too.
  15. Thanks! That will save a lot of frustration. I ordered an E2 bag for storage.
  16. I have a Prism Quantum, and a Prism E3. The sail tensioners on the Quantum are very difficult to get up & over the nocks. I've been breaking the kite down, and storing in the sleeve after each flying session. I was told by someone to just leave the leading edge assembled & tensioned all of the time, even when it's stored. I'm just wondering if that is a good idea. ( My New York Minute Rev should be delivered Monday. Really excited about that. )
