  1. I recently purchased the same set-up, only pink & purple. With enough wind it flew just fine. I did add pigtails top & bottom, so I can use my regular equalized lines. I am going to equalize & sleeve the lines, and buy a new style bridle.

    Kite Fun

    Just havin' fun!
  3. I've been flying dualies for about 2years, and Revs for a little over 1 year. I don't know why, but I just can not trick on a dualie. The hand motions seem so fast, and my old hands don't move that fast. I do like putting the Prism E3 up in a good wind, and hanging on. I just find it much easier to trick on the Revs.
  4. Just binge watched all of the videos. They are simply amazing! Thanks John for sharing, and thanks TK for excellent filming.
  5. Had a great time last year. If you enjoyed "Kites on Ice" in Madison years ago, you're sure to enjoy this. Sky Circus on Ice
  6. I'm in. Just the thing to get others interested.
  7. I started with a Prism Quantum and love it. Can really feel the wind with.
  8. Red, White, and Blue...Sure would look great flying here in Wisconsin on the 4th of July.
  9. Better than it being upside down!
  10. You talked me into the NikNak. I needed something for light winds. Just got it recently, and I love it. In 6-10mph winds today my E3 was flying nice and slow, but the NikNak was a little speedster. I'm not doing tricks yet, but I can't wait to learn.
  11. I would also like to know my number please. Thank you Bruce
  12. I'm still waiting to get out and try my new NYM. But, count me in for this one too.
  13. Thanks! That will save a lot of frustration. I ordered an E2 bag for storage.
  14. I have a Prism Quantum, and a Prism E3. The sail tensioners on the Quantum are very difficult to get up & over the nocks. I've been breaking the kite down, and storing in the sleeve after each flying session. I was told by someone to just leave the leading edge assembled & tensioned all of the time, even when it's stored. I'm just wondering if that is a good idea. ( My New York Minute Rev should be delivered Monday. Really excited about that. )
  15. We did go to the Gift of Wings - Frank Mots event in Milwaukee last September, and it was fantastic. We'll be hitting a lot more kite fests this year.
  16. I'm a newbie here. Started going to kite fests last spring. I was amazed at at the stunt team flying. That's all it took to get me hooked. I started by buying my lady friend an HQ Symphony foil (she's hooked too). Then I bought a Prism Quantum for myself. I can't remember when I've had more fun. I've been out flying several times in the past 2 weeks. With temperatures around 10°, and the wind, I could only last about an hour. This past weekend was the first annual Sky Circus on Ice at Lake Lawn Resort on lake Delavan here in Wisconsin. The Chicago Fire, Windjammers, and Connor Doran (among others performed). I got to try a Rev and loved it. Quite different from a Delta. What a great time in the middle of winter! I just ordered a Prism E3, and can't wait to fly it. Anyway, I've just retired less than 2 months ago, and I think kiting will be occupying a lot of my time. http://youtu.be/CFckYL1Zhq8
