So they were perty easy to install. I too had to use some tape to keep the APA's in place (black race). I didn't know if I wanted the 12" or the 16" so I got one of each. I used the 12" on the std sail and the 16" on my mid-vent I will wait and see how I like them and might be getting another set for the full-vent. I just installed them last night and hope to get some flying time this weekend..
I do have a question.. When launching I have seen two different options when first starting out. Some say start with inverted launch, some say LE launch. What do you guys recommend?
I have a feeling you guys & gales will be seeing more of me in here. I don't know any local Rev flyers, so I will rely on your advice to get me up and flying
I know I have been checking their web site all week to join the forum but no luck being new to all of this I just thought it was under being fixed. Thanks for the link I will check I out
Glad to hear that, i thought they would. By the way, what exactly are they going to send you, did they say?

Yes it did come with 85' 55# line and says Its rated upto 25mph winds so I thought I was okay.. This was my first time up so nothing crazy just took it up did s few turns back and forth to each side of the window with a couple of loops on each side. Then I was just turning back in for another pass and the line snapped from the holder so I was going to lay everything out and just retie it to handle but I was missing about half of it.... Never in my life would I think it would/could break in two places at the same time...
I took my snapshot 1.2 out yesterday wind was 17-20 mph the lines that came with it snapped in 10 mins. The weird thing was they snapped at the handle and in the middle of the line. This was my first time flying it and now need some better lines...
This is true.. Its nice today but no wind. This weekend chance of sleet/rain Sat and 63 on Sun so I am hoping Sunday will be the day I can get out and take my first flight.
