Beer30 Posted September 5, 2020 Report Posted September 5, 2020 Has anyone bought the Hawaiian Team Kite from Chicago Kite? I was thinking about purchasing it, just wonder how it compares to the original. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1 Quote

Edmond Dragut Posted September 11, 2020 Report Posted September 11, 2020 you will not feel any difference from original. I fly with David and the kite is really good Quote

Tricia Posted October 11, 2023 Report Posted October 11, 2023 I have two original Hawaiian team kites with tears and the fabric is brittle. I inherited the kites from my dad who passed away so I was wondering if there was a kit or a way to repair them? trish Quote
Beer30 Posted October 12, 2023 Author Report Posted October 12, 2023 Hi Tricia, Sorry to hear about your dad. You can buy sail repair tape, if the rips aren’t that bad. https://www.kiteaid.com/products/clear-sail-tape-repair-kit I’m sure someone on here would know of a place to get them fixed though or have other advice. Naksa Posted July 16, 2024 Report Posted July 16, 2024 I also inherited an original Hawaiian Team Kite recently. from my research most folks say they fly the same, side by side teams style the original kite is quite a bit heavier ~100g+ if my memory serves me correctly. Quote
