login on only one computer

I normally keep myself logged in in forums, and access them from multiple computers. On most forums this works fine. Here, when I switch computers I have to log in again every time. (The same is true of Rev's forums, which seem to be running the same software and/or on the same servers.)

Any idea why? Is this a setting in the forum software that can be adjusted? It is a minor hassle.

Honestly, I'm not sure... I'd run into the same issues on my end (traveling as much as I do).

It's something I'll check into, when I have time.

I run into it as well, i'd just kind of adapted to it

But, yes, I tend to read from 2 places on any given day, work and home.

I have to re-log on at work but not at home which is how I want it. At work I clear the history,cache and cookies when I leave for the day. Perhaps you have your browser set to delete cookies or clear cache? I do at work and don't at home.

No, thats not the case in this situation as I tend to be on the same physical machine, a macbook, that doesn't clear anything when I close out, its just the changing IP address.
