Tropical Pixels
Hey all, I just released my iKite app and thought some of you might be interested. Here's some more information: Have fun in the sky with iKite. iTunes App Store Link: http://ikiteapp.com/store iKite is a fun and relaxing game for the iPhone and iPod Touch that takes advantage of the iPhone's multi touch capabilities. Grab ahold of the kite lines with your fingers or thumbs and make your kite soar gracefully through the air. With skilful maneuvering you can pull off amazing dives, loops and tricks to impress your friends. It’s fun, simple and easy. See how long you can stay aloft before you hit the ground and, we almost forgot, watch out for the birds! John Barresi
This is an app with a great deal of potential, no doubt. I left a review on iTunes, but I don't see it, and can't seem to get to it so I can copy it over to here as well. Any feedback, based on my suggestions? tonycarl60
Got it! It's just the thing for us die hard kite fliers. When is the quad version coming out (heh, heh, heh), or at least a 3 string kite using the iphone tilt for braking.
John Barresi
1. I'd suggested horizontal play, to better represent the wind window which is slightly wider than it is tall. 2. The kite slows down at the top of the window now, but it should do the same on the sides. 3. The maximum turn input is a bit too wild in my opinion. 4. I'd like to be able to lock into a line after evening out my controls, so squares are a bit more feasible. I think I had some other input too, but I can't recall and they have thus far not published my review on iTunes.

John Barresi
Hrm, no updates aside from the first one... No news, and still no response from the designer. They'd have to do really well to win my heart with the next update.
