Treasure Island Florida Festival dates for 2016?

Does anyone know the dates if they have been set ...or the expected dates for a Treasure Island Florida festival for 2016?

It has always been occurring in the past over Dr. MLK's federal holiday weekend, we've booked at the Thunderbird Hotel already for January 14 thru the 20th, 2016

There's also a gathering a couple of weeks later in February with the Tampa Bay kiting club ,if you don't want to support the city's official gig and the AKA competition

We are thinking of heading to FL. Jan or Feb for a flying mini vacation. We are not looking to compete, just fly revs with folks and a mega fly or two. What days should we look at being there? It is not possible to stay for more than 2 or 3 days. Thanks for any advice or tips.
