I was at this event and I was surprised at how many people were using Reflex XX and RX kites because those against are more vocal than those that favor them. Although, I did noticed some had removed the spring from their spars.

Sorry if I missed the post, but what were the defects you found? I just bought a brand new Widow NG Special for $130 and was thinking I should go inspect it.

Hi guys! My name is Charles and I'm from Seattle. I started flying kites 2 years ago when I met a Prism Kites employee at my wife's 20 year high school reunion. He introduced me to the quantum model and I've been hooked since. In July of this year, I took the plunge into the dark side when I purchased my first quad kite which was a Rev EXP. Hoping to get into slack line tricks soon with my dual lines and get more precision with my quad lines. Cheers!
