Sorry mate, that was my intention but as you can see above i changed my mind.

Again, as above, i just dont think i need one yet.

Maybe when i get a bit better i might consider one, but at the moment i have my hands full with what i have now.

well i have 2 of the mylar 1.5 kites i dont know if i can vent those due to the mylar panels i wonder if i took out the mylar and replace it with screen would that work??

The old (2006) vented 1.5's were ripstop/mylar sails... Dig up some photos.

I wouldn't replace the existing mylar panels with venting, not good a good layout.

The two vertical strips on either side really do seem to work best.

If you go to John Mitchell,s web; he has a load of pics of his revs and right at the bottom there is a vented 1.5 with mylar panals.Looks good.

If you decide to vent a 1.5M SLE, definitely go with the 2 vertical vents like the factory version or with the 2 vents like the new B series. They are both very smooth. You will like 'em.

Go to www.theflyingwatty.zoomshare.com, then go down to the "My Collection" tab on the left hand side. The first picture that popps up is my Rev 1.5 with ripstop and mylar. I just got it from Ben and Lolly, so the caps are real shiny!

i have seen wufers design for his exp i wanted to do a vented version of the existing mylar panels i think that would look cooler and add more vent to the 1.5 design but befor i do it im afraid of loseing a sail if i mess up and this design doesnt work
