B Series

Hi, Im from the UK and have a standard B series currently. I need a Vented so i dont lose any flying time. I am wondering if it is possible to buy just a sail. Does anyone know if this is possible from anywhere.

Buying a sail is no problem. I've had to replace a 1.5 sail because it had a big rip in it, and was able to get a brand new one. I suggest www.thekiteshoppe.com. On the first page that popps up should be some contact info. Just get a hold of Theresa and I'm sure she'd be able to sort something out for you.

i dont know if the b series comes in just a sail ben would be the one to ask

Just a vented sail? I don't think there is a diff. in the B other than markings.

The fabric on the B-Series is supposedly different than the SLE, and the panels are laid out to achieve an effect (see B-Series page).

I thought the vents went in place of the "special" panels" . Oh well, for sure listen to John as he is far and away the knowledge man when it comes to this.

What you are asking for is something that is normally not stocked by a dealer nor do I suspect they have it listed in their price list. They would have to check this out with Revolution before they can give you a straight forward answer.

I can tell you right now, neither of the two mentioned stores serve their customers poorly, but are well known to serve their customers exceptionally well.

You're may be having trouble with The Kite Shoppe at the moment, because Theresa is at WSIKF right now. She can be hard to reach durring festivals. I would try next week with either The Kite Shoppe or streight from Revolution.

For the best results for an order like this, you may want to call Revolution (www.revkites.com) and order directly. But once again, many people are at festivals. Both Ben and Lolly are at WSIKF.

still no replies 3 weeks on. Oh dear. I might one day be able to fly a rev in howling winds. Ill try 1 last time then im giving up and getting my dual line out.

Adam, try calling Rev between 10am-3pm, Tuesday through Thursday, PST... That's when the most staff is in-house at Rev.

A normal 1.5 vented, not a b series.
