Jim Foster Posted August 10, 2008 Report Share Posted August 10, 2008 Lynn and I had a nice afternoon at Delta Park. Got to fly a little, yak a little and got a tour of Theresa's kite shop. Fun day. We are now at Seaside. Flew on the beach for about two hours late afternoon. Had to walk a little north as they have set up 100 Volley Ball nets at the turn around for a big tournament. Thanks for making my Fiance feel welcome. And THANK YOU to Dean750 for the schoolin, and the linesets. Got them all measured out when I got home this aft. Justin Posted July 20, 2010 Report Share Posted July 20, 2010 Hey all. Curious if anyone still flies regularly at Delta Park. I've been there about a dozen times in the last 2 months and only once was there another person flying there.. just a bunch of dogs usually . I'm making good progress learning how to fly these things on my own, but I would be thrilled to meet some of the kite veterans and get some tips, etc...
