John Barresi Posted April 17, 2020 Author Report Posted April 17, 2020 Not at all. On 2 counts. 1 - this handle is attached to the simulator rig I use during the webinars, it's tuned to balance against a bungee rig. 2 - even if it was on a flight knot, it changes a lot for me because I have various sets of lines with various amounts of stretch (top lines). I supposed at some point I should perfectly balance a set of lines and figure out what the "normal" knot range would be for me - been a while since I've done more than pursue balanced R/L bottom lines (by feel). 1 Quote
DonFibonacci Posted April 17, 2020 Report Posted April 17, 2020 Even your bungee rig is tuned for the conditions 🤣 1 Quote
John Barresi Posted April 17, 2020 Author Report Posted April 17, 2020 Gospel. The handles have to give more or less the right realm of feedback or it throws everything off. 1 Quote

Simulator rig, bungee rig?!?!🤯After a quick search for quad kite simulator, a piece of bungee, a swivel, and short line set, we were flying. Thanks for the inspiration and information. Quote
Naksa Posted July 16, 2024 Report Posted July 16, 2024 Just received and installed my KIteForge leaders last night! I am super stoked, I ordered a pair of JB 13" handles with the leads installed and 2 other leaders sets to modify my Rev handles. Installation was easy, pulled the factory rubber caps from rev, untied the stock lines and then used a sew-all needle to pull the new leaders back through the cap - it took some time and patience to get the knots parallel and equal on both handles but I couldn't be happier. More adjustment overall and a bunch more positions to fine tune! Can't wait to try them out with my new short lines! Thanks John! 1 Quote
