Not NASA,... It's actually the National Air & Space Museum, (smithsonian Institution education department).  They like kiters as much as we enjoy their efforts!

It is actually called "NASA TV".

Well at least there's a picture of NASA's Space Shuttle on the cover page, but it's not a their product.  There's no place where it say "NASA TV" either,.... that I could see.
