Hey there fellas it is good to hear that web site is doing something at long last! I am purely a hobbyist kite builder at this time which means I have a full time job and build the Codys on the side, it takes at least 2 weeks to build a kite, if you order something expect me to come back with something we can do to the color design to make it really differnt from anything else I have built

And the recovery still contenues, seems the Trilbygirly is headed this away, hey there Tater what do I do now? I wasn't expecting this? She is an extra special Lady but .........

Sorry guys, in this case it is too late to take the keys away from me, I'm drunk and driving down the road at about 90 mph, I sure hope her curves are the only ones I have to watch for (I am enjoying those curves). The curves on my Codys are 10% of the lenght of the unit, her curves are around ...... I am not going there ....

You guys be nice to this little gal, she is new around this kiting thing even if her Trilby clips are rusted and she walks off and leaves her kites on the beach (she is a little bit blonde) Take good care of her in Brookings or I will break out one of my War kites on you

As yet I do not have a red, white and blue Cody but I will take care of that before WSIKF. As for the mater of having enough Codys for everyone to fly, I will be bringing along several with me, gotta get a photo of John with a Cody in his hands, Penny, you have got the Cowdy and I will supply the bell, Carl ... man I just want to see how you are going to fly the stable of Codys you have.

Okay, you just found someone willing to split the cost a motel room for the week, when are you getting into town? I was going to be there for the full week but after talking to some friends I may delay getting there till Tuesday night or Wedensday morning since there isn't much going on till Tuesday or Wedensday. The referance to boxes on kites is due to the fact that the only kites I build are Codys, I have tried building other kites but they are too simple to build and I keep trying to make them more difficult than they are.

Yeah, I think she is pretty special myself It looks like Amy may also be doing a little bit of art work for a new co-built kite very soon.

Hey I got pinned by Penny at Lincoln City! Was it as good for you as it was for me Penny? And guess what, that little feather is still on my hat. It was realy great to meet up with you Penny, you should have told me that you are as good looking as you are talented, for those that have not seen Penny's show, she is very talented, that was not a slam! There is another little gal out there that is looking in but as yet has not gotten up the nerve to step in, just wanta say "Come on there Trilbygirl, we don't bite". You should have seen the Trilbygirl at Lincoln City, she was flying a stack of 50? Trilbys and after she was done the smile never came off her face the rest of the day!

Allrighty then! As I recall there is a long space between the last event Friday and when the fireworks get started, this year maybe we should meet at the beer garden ... oh say 45 minutes after the last event has finished, if the last event is a show by Llamafeller then we just get up and go right away and he can catch up when he is done. John should be able to pound a stake in the ground to display the KiteLife banner at the beer garden for those of us that get a little too much to drink and wander off so that we can find our way back. While at the beer garden, oh say after an hour or so, when everyone is well liquered up, then we can discuss when we will do our event next year, behind the third sand dune straight north or .......

Well lets see, every once in awhile the Llamafeller, more often it is Penny, Mr. Feathers and Underleaf come to mind .... other than that I would say that you just about have the perfect site

Wow, I can't even amagine being able to get lifted by a kite and then look around, what a rush! Fortunatly, unfortunatly, this kite is only working off the front boxes, if he bridled in the rear boxes, well lets say we are talking about some real possible power.
