For those flyers that lust after a Lam Hoac-designed sport kite, but can't afford the price tag when starting out, Lam has entered into an agreement with Flying Wings to totally redesign the Silver Fox line-up of kites. I have several of Lam's newest AC kites & they are incredible kites, to say the least. I decided to try one of his new Silver Foxes to see how it compares to his own hand-built kites & the flight characteristics & QUALITY are spot on!!!! Keep in mind that Lam has done the redesign, & Flying Wings has done the manufacturing to Lam's specs. What is really exciting is that Lam then takes these manufactured kites & puts his own little performance tweaks into the kite. The kite is available now in either a Std or SUL version, & I understand Lam will have a Vented version in the fall (if not sooner). The price? around $200, which, for a Lam designed kite, with his tweaks, is a steal!!! Below is a photo of the kite & its graphics.

Up for sale is a Silver Fox 2.3 Pro Std & Silver Fox 2.3 Pro UL. The Pro UL has been flown only twice & is in AS NEW condition. The Pro Std is BRAND NEW & has never been flown.Both kites were designed by Bell Chiu of Flying Box Studio (the Acrobatx designer). But ain't it fun??????? As your skills grow & you look for something 'different' in a kite, you can sell your starter kites, knowing that there are others just starting out in this sport that can benefit from these kites.... & your knowledge!

You've come a LOONNG way, Breezin, from the time you were looking at a Widow ng!!!!!! I commend your fortitude & determination to master these sport kites! Not always easy, but sure feels good when you do!!!!

It is a polyester sail & I do believe it is Icarex. I have 4 of Lam's ABS & I love them!! Also have a Fulcrum on order - can't wait to try that.....

Unless this dealer has lowered its pricing, an Exodus Std goes for $215 & the Exodus Mid Vent goes for $245, plus the additional UL T-0 frame for the standard sells for $80. That's what I payed in May/June of this year. If they can be had for less, brand new, I can adjust as well. Both of the kites I'm selling are brand new & never flown.

I purchased these Freilein Exodus Std & Mid Vent Quads in May/June of this year. Both are brand new & unflown. Both are 2017 models in the Cool colors scheme (purple/dk blue/mid blue/blk) & feature the round holes in the leading edge instead of mesh. Also included is the UL T-0 frame for the Std model to fly in lighter winds. Everything was purchased from the dealer that sells Freilein. I am selling these 2 kites because I purchased 3 of Lam's ABS kites (UL, Std, Mid Vent) & fell in love flying them. I recently had Lam build me one of his new AC dual line stunters in SUL & received it yesterday. Let me first say I've been flying for a long time but gave it up in 2000 & just came back to kiting this year - so I am very much an 'old skool' flyer that progressed to doing only axels before I put my lines down. That being said, I took the AC SUL out for a 'spin' yesterday in very light winds (2-5mph) & my flying "came alive" again!!! Starting with just general flying, progressing to precision moves, & then on to some very basic 'tricks', the AC was flying as if by telepathy - everything I wanted to do in my thought process translated perfectly into actual kite maneuvers!!! I have never connected with a dual line stunter so quickly & so thoroughly as I did with the AC SUL!! I know I have a loonng way to go to catch up on all the latest tricks, but this kite is so capable of executing the tricks while providing razor sharp precision handling - and all so effortlessly!! The AC SUL makes kite flying FUN AGAIN!!!!!! I used to watch Lam compete in the '90's & knew then he was a world-class flyer - I hadn't realized he also became world-class in kite design/manufacture as well!!!! Here's a photo of my new AC SUL
