I was an experienced quad pilot, with decent control, before I attended JB camp at Ft. Macon last year. Now, I am a GOOD pilot, flying with intent! [emoji41] You will get way more value out of a two-day camp than having a 2nd kite to get aloft. There are plenty of folks that will let you "test" their gear. Wow. Conceptually sound, but that thing is 6 pounds before getting loaded up! Regarding the rev bag II, I have one. I don't like the fabric as much as the original. And, one of the Velcro strips to keep the flap closed tore off the bag about a month after I started using it. I still love the bag though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think I own the Lightspeed with the patio tarp and it's down in Morehead City. If so, I'll bring it out for comparison. I have never used it for kiting. Seems like it doesn't hold a beach chair, but I really don't remember. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Most kiters walk out of the parking lot and back down the street where they drive in to enter the beach out by the peninsula/rock jetty where the acknowledged kiting area is. This entrance area is not showing in your image. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
