Wouldn't they also have something for sport kiters? If you have renters' or homeowners' insurance I believe your agent can up the limits of your personal liability coverage for a very modest sum.

Several of the UK kite flying groups offer 3rd party insurance either as part of the membership or as an add on option.

I'm up North and the Midland Kite Fliers include insurance within their membership. With the Northern Kite Group, it is an option.

Worth checking out your local groups.

Yes I’m now a member of STACK and taken out the additional insurance for solo flying for the same price as my old power kite insurance, STACK also on top of that offer an additional insurance for competitive flying too 😊
