Never been on facebook . This forum and the other one are the only ones I've  joined. Kinda behind the times I guess. I'll start today cause if I go back and thank and like all the stuff Iv'e read I'll be hours lol. Thanks.

Yup and I don't have to worry about breathing so much. I laughed at that humor a few times until it dawned on me if I breath I don't panic as much. Result less nosedives. Really turned out to be the best step 1 advice .

And for goodness sake, don’t take it seriously - when I’m on Facebook I focus almost entirely on kite related stuff and things that move me positively, so utterly pointless and habitual to read or interact with any of the negative, polarized content. On the upside, Facebook has an algorithm to heavily adjust what turns up in your feed to match your behavior (they call it the “filter bubble”), I have seen myself as the feed gives me more garbage when I give in a couple of times.

My wife was on FB 4 years ago and crazy really turned her off so she stopped. With filters think we'll look at it again.
