I've had a less than great experience with Kent at AWOC. No one answers the phone, and in my case no return call. Doesn't answer emails promptly. Had a question about a messed up bridle on a kite I bought from him. He only got back to me after I contacted the manufacturer. Was going to order a Revolution Blast from him, but it was taking way too long and decided to cancel the order. At a bare minimum, a kite shop should return emails and/or return phone calls in a timely manner. Kent seems like a nice guy, but I require a greater level of customer support than he can provide.
