Rev 1.5 and a 2?

I have the Dove.

They do awesome axels, side slides, spins, and amazing dive stops. Everything 1.5 can do just more aggressive. It has a precise side but its a hard beast to tame. Rev claims if you like the Shockwave you love the Blast, I disagree, I could not stand the Blast. The Supersonic is just as fast IMO but it lacks the pull of the Shock. They do make vented versions of the Supersonic but I am unsure about the Shockwave. I have had a few Shockwaves go through my hands, there was a time I did not have one and regretted it, so I found one. Its such a show stopper and the power is incredible. I would put the Shockwave up with one of my top 3 favorite kites to fly of all my many kites.

I love mine. Its just a novelty though, not a need for most.

-Yes there are covers that can be made for the vents, contact Andy @ Ocean Shores Kites. Its becoming fairly common to see these. The only issue I see is if you cover all the vents for light wind use you end up with a pretty heavy kite depending on what material is used. -I only fly my full vent with a 4 wrap frame, i am lazy and just switch kites not frames but a 3 wrap would work too. To be honest 10 is a little light for a full vent kite, I would be on a mid vent or fighting a standard sail at that point but that just me. -You can play with your leaders on the handle end but don't bring them back to far, you need even sail load on the kite sail to be flown correctly, there is a tension that you will have to find between to close in and to far out.

SOLD-- But I have other great Sky Burner kites for Sale. Hi, I have an early version of the Skyburner NikNak. This was before they added the bottom panels at the center of the spine, like the kites are now. Kite is in great shape with just a couple sail marks on the white part of the sail (who can keep white clean lol) I believe it is from the rods touching the sail. The kite has been sitting in a bag for several years, it is used and has been flown but again in really great shape. Tubing is still in great shape. This is your chance to get a great piece of Skyburner history. I don't believe it is a prototype but the collection I have is very early Skyburner stuff from a nice guy out of Michigan who lived very close to sky burner. Hi, I have an original pink and blue revolution one. The only things that it has is some oily staining on the kite from the rubber grommets (which is common with these older kites) that were used at the top of the leading edge where the vertical spars go, a tiny small "tear" and two small black smudges my guess again from sitting in a bag for 20 years. HI, I have an ITW Skate by Paul DeBakker. Very very good condition with the only modification being the coin slot to stop the coins from coming out of the nose. We simply use sticky velcro and with works like a champ. All of my skates and several friends have done the same mod (see pic). Also will come with $.55 in the nose as per Pauls suggestion for weight. Comes with line, winder, kite, and sleeve. Non smoking and no pet home. HI, I have a (one) new in package Laser pro gold line set for a quad line kite. #90x100' . I know its not the beloved 120' but its is always nice to have different lengths for different fields or flying areas. Also I find that new flyers or children fly good on shorter lines as they can see the kite better. Also you could make a couple sets from this too.
