    Now that you mention it, I did, on occasion, use black race rods in my B-Pro mid-vent, but my normal set-up was 3-wraps.

    JB could fly an "anvil", with race rods............... My set-ups are as follows, for B-series, B-Pros, and B2's: Standard Sail - Black Race Rods Mid-Vent Sail - 3-wrap Full-Vent Sail - 4-wrap That's just my opinion (set-ups)........Others will have other opinions, but don't hesitate to experiment ! It's all about what feels RIGHT - for you !

    See first paragraph... That seller should have found KiteLife, eh? <grin> And John, that was just a dual line set. Imagine what it would have been like, if it had been quad ? But, that was a long time ago, and water over the dam. (glad to see you back)

    Yep, and can you believe, that they tried to tell me, that those lines came from the manufacturer, like that ? Just amazing ? Worry not, though, I entered a claim through eBay/PayPal, and they locked down their accounts. Basically put them out of business, until they settled up with me. Got to give it to eBay/PayPal, if you sell on eBay, you better deliver what you list, exactly as you represented it, or you're done ! They will protect the buyer, 100%.

    And speaking of line horrors, sometime back, I ordered a kite with lines, from someone on eBay. The items were listed as brand new, never flown. Here is the brand new set of lines, that was included with the brand new kite, straight from the factory. RIGHT !

    For sure! I make a point, no matter what, to NEVER walk to a downed kite, with the handles in my hands. You're only asking for trouble. Besides, that's what they make stakes for

    It's not so much the clothes, it's just that I can't stand the cold hands part, and I don't do well with gloves...................
