browndude3649
Well if you like it enough u could buy a white Rev and paint it ur self. But the Rev folks think that the patent on Revs is forever and nobody else should "copy" them. Cool kite tho.
John Barresi
Not sure where you're coming from on this one Joe... Take an earnest look around the Rev forum. http://www.revkites.com/forum In the late 80's and early 90's, Rev was very aggressive (to an extreme)... Now, it's only when someone is obviously knocking off Revs and trying to make a profit. The "Rev faithful" are always interested in variant quad line designs, and in seeing "one-off" homemade Revs from people who just wanted a unique design. monkey
The only real quirk is it's simply not a Revolution. Its a neat kite and flys really well, but, its sole comparision to a rev is being controlled by 4 lines. I bet its a pile of fun to fly. I bet its a pile of fun to fly. yes, i think Monkey has a good point here. it's a quad line eagle kite. not a rev. the person who post that video doesn't really fly rev as far as i last met him a few months ago (he flies single line, sport kites and does KAP). He might be using "Revolution Kite" in a way as a revolutionary (literally, in chinese) way of an eagle kite (which often is a single line traditional silk/paper kite). He might have a slight rub on the revolution as that may be his notion of quad line flying and not meant to be specifically "Revolution" as the company. nckiter
Quad line - yes, Rev - No. At :29 there appears to be a ninja eyes on the ground.
Backspin23
I'd love to see it swoop down and snatch a young unsuspecting dual line out of the sky
