rexracer Posted August 6, 2013 Report Share Posted August 6, 2013 Well, I just got my gift certificate in the mail, and immediately called Eliot at Flying Smiles. We had a nice talk, and I ordered a new set of snagless Rev handles. Now I can leave handles hooked up and won't have to change them all of the time. I fly on 50' lines a lot due to wind conditions, and i fly 30' almost anywhere there's wind. I'll post pics when I get them, maybe flying somewhere cool! rexracer Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 Well, I got my new handles! They're different than the others in that they have a machined groove to keep the pigtails in place. Great idea, but I think the grooves should be up closer to (bisecting the bottom) of the holes. Hey, I'm always looking for ways to improve things. First thing I did was untie all but the last 2 of the knots in the pigtails, which puts the last knot where I usually fly on my other handles. I'll need to lengthen them for more wind, but they worked for me today. Here's their first day with 80' lines. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
