John we need pics! sounds cool . One of the things I have never liked about the indoor revs is the noise they make when they touch down.. whether its on purpose or not, I have always found it very distracting. So Watty helped me do the eraser on the end cap trick.. and personally I love it. ( I am trying not to touch down at all..lol ) but if I do on purpose, I don't want some soft pretty music interrupted with a loud click as it touches.. thanks for the help Watty. hugs mousie

It was great to see everyone.. fantastic weekend. 12 competitors, everyone supportive and having a great time. I have to give kudos to Bud and Linda Hayes, and also to Theresa (the kite shoppe) for putting together a great event. I have a ton of video... got all four comps plus hot tricks so when I get them online I will let you know. Some should be up tonight. I hope. If I can stay up that long. lol Penny , thanks for taking the time to teach me the guillotine, and the other launches.. lol MAYBE I will attempt one of them at Long Beach.. ha.. I was just happy to get through all four comps without dropping it lol Looking forward to spending some time working on things..and seeing you all at Windless. hugs mousie

Hugs to you ! So good to hear you are hooked ... I wish you had been there when we were goofing with my custom trilby stack. You could have flown it as well . I think the trilbys are the reason I got hooked on kiting. And the tails are the reason.. I love them. Another thing that you would love once you get comfy.. is to get 100 foot trilby tails... everything you do travels through the tails to the end.. it's just magnificent fun. Are you going to be at WSKIF next year? I had the opportunity to fly Doug LaRock's trilby stack of 25 kites. Honestly, I was really nervous, and when I launched them and went flying I was thankful that Doug had double handles on them. I have never experienced anything like it since. It was one of the defining moments in my life, seriously. I have some pics of the stack.. and me flying it.. ( or it flying me lol ) will find them for you. hugs mousie

we'll miss you guys at WSIKF, won't there be a couple members there who are not going to England No Worries, there will be plenty of team fliers there.. many that have flown at the clinics and I believe Adrian and some of the members from the Canadian Quad squad will be there.. We are even getting a field... woopppppp. Looking forward to a week of fun.. oh .. I mean 9 days.. yikes.
