What about putting the url in white from 12 to 5oclock on the blue...reversed so the top of the letters are at circles edge?

Because of @Flight Risk's rasta colors.

One of the very nice things about 1 color logos is you can easily do some fun masking effects.. Not suitable for printing on T-Shirts or anything but fun for web.

let me see what i can do. the other layered version is like 300mb. all of the vector work was eating up memory. How can I get a 300MB File to you??

I switched from 300DPI back to the 72DPI ye started with.. Does this help??

Just my point of view but as a power kiter ! but it looks to me like the silhouette has sand skis on and is going up a sand bar with a two line power kite lol , having said that it looks fantastic [emoji4][emoji4]

Okay, I think I've worked up a fairly comparable AI file on my end... Going to send it along to a friend who does graphic design for a living for clean up, and to play with a couple other ideas.

So, I'm looking back through the posts on this thread to consider due credit for contributions actually utilized in the current (final?) design - there was constructive discussion by many of you but here's what I've made note of...

@makatakam - 1, 2 and 4 lines, overlapping (design idea).

@riffclown - circle and URL placement (graphics work).

I think everything else actually came out of my twisted head or was inspired by stuff I found on the web... Any debate on attribution as I've listed it above?

I agree with your synopsis of major contributors. There were two parts to the prize. Why not offer one part to each of them...or three years subscription to each?

I think that would be a great idea.  Personally, I'm paid up on Kitelife already for a few years and I've been shopping for B2's already. I'd be perfectly happy with the kite. I even have a frame ready for it.. The 5 year subscription extension could go to @makatakam

Love the colors Joanna, we're toying with a colorized pin for each pilot... Rasta, blue / white / grey and black / white.
