Very quick clip of the bridle test.

Bridle Test went well. This kite is ready for Wind.. I'm revising my lower range estimate down to 10.

I threw a Black Race frame in it for a pic. I just need to tie a bridle and this is ready for testings. I tossed it a few times and it has a pretty good glide for a very vented sail.

IMO, they are pretty much interchangeable. The difference seems to come into play when you start talking about P3T which is a tapered spar.. Not sure.. the polymax has some cool reflective properties but the refractive quality is not so much. The is the same material as Indigo Sunrise, Winter Jacket and others I've made with the word Midnight in the name. Hopefully first flying video will answer your question for both of us.

LE and Edge Binding Complete. (all Black) Framing is all that remains. Kite will be framed with Skyshark P3X. Should be ready to fly by the Holiday Weekend.

Stitching is done for the main panel. LE will be Black for this kite. A few more tweaks and this will be ready to assemble and test.

After the Diamonds Technique is applied with a non-screened panel, I end up with a fairly balanced vented panel..

Would like to just clarify some of the terminology with regards to Skyshark. Please correct me if I've said anything in error here. P200 is pretty close to P2X, P2X Red and P2X Camo P300 is pretty close to P3X Red P400 is pretty close to P4X, P4X Red and P4X Camo Now a P2T, P3T etc.. would be a tapered rod and is a different animal entirely. The tapered rods are used more often in the Duallies as you suggested. concerning the P2X Red and P3X Red Rods XT =Tapers XL = Extra Long Per Kites and Fun things Website FWIW, I keep a P90 frame in my bag right beside the Rev Diamond frame.
