John Barresi Posted January 17, 2017 Author Report Posted January 17, 2017 Been chatting with Cath and Eliot from Flying Smiles Kites (the nearby kite shop) an they said Whalehead would be tight for us - so we'll use the main beach area at the east end of Corolla Village Rd. Well I bought concert tickets for April 8th in Annapolis, and he knows about them. I shouldn't even be thinking about going to this but here I am typing to y'all. Arg. Our last pre-planned date (get ready for the irony folks) was to Flying Smiles kites for my first quad flying lesson....And we all know the "date" part of that was in part to minimize the guilt over doing something I wanted to do during a extended family week at the beach. For individual coaching it doesn't matter, but you will want to fly with the others attending. JB will instruct you on whatever you have, however, so don't panic.
