  1. I'll go anywhere the group leads.
  2. Are those first iteration Skyshark rods from Erez Borosky in L.A., or later generation from after the Trennepohl's took over?
  3. Looks like Apr 3, today. Definitely not an issue of prize value, not sure if Rev I's just aren't drawing that much attention for extra parts? The Skyshark rods themselves are most of a dual line frame at very worst. I'm in! Can we do a party of one?
  4. I love the smell of fresh biscuits on the line.
  5. I speak fluent basket case, you're my bread and butter - gonna be fun.

  7. I have to admit, this kite looks like a real champ in that video - kind of jealous of whoever wins this one.
  8. We're pleased to yet again announce the next prize being given away to our most appreciated supporters, the Kitelife Subscribers... For roughly 10 cents per day they play a major role in keeping KL growing in every way. 7' Pirate Rokkaku by Skydog Kites, roughly a $140 value! Dimensions: 84" x 70" Materials: Ripstop Nylon / Fiberglass This package includes kite and sleeve only - lines and other accessories not included. You can sign up here. Odds of winning for this prize is currently 1/357, and will be drawn on May 9th, 2017! Our thanks, and the very best to you... Let the drooling begin!
  9. Far as I know, Veersteegh (Detox) is the only quad "ace" still allied with Revolution - Bazzer, myself and Polo have all removed ourselves from that situation for very similar reasons.
  10. Alright folks, we've got a winner! Lucky subscriber this time around is #979, @Pen from Canada! Heartfelt congratulations Penny, and deepest thanks to all for your ongoing support. Stay tuned for the next prize to be posted soon.

  12. Praying to all the gods as we speak.
  13. @Polo just joined the forum, stay tuned for replies and please be patient, English is not his first language.
  14. Yes folks, this is the real @Polo - designer of the Polo series of quad kites. http://www.polokites.com/
  15. I'll have plenty of bridles and leaders on hand, slightly cheaper in person too.

  18. @Scott Weider is on the forum, although he doesn't post often.
  19. I'll be curious to see if Polo breaks away from Rev entirely and goes it alone, seems to be kind of a trend as of late.
  20. Have a link for online purchase of those two-hole washers?
  21. Dumb luck, I found this... http://www.kites.tug.com/Archive/kites/potpourri/status.19-9-95.names.of.all.4-liners Another mention here... http://sporttoday.org/36_500127efa526a2e4_1.htm#p3 It's Merrick Munday, I think.
  22. Damn it, you've had me wracking my brain trying to remember the designer's name - still escaping me, keep wanting to say "Merrick" something, but I can't quite pull it out of the air.
