  1. that is so awesome ... I am drooling !!! ... I need to practice dual line kite first, before I do the BIG one, I meant, really BIG kite like those !!! how big is that one, JB ?
  2. POWER dual lines kite ? ... I am "IN" to win that prize !!! ... awww, what now ? this is not a drawing or free prize ? ... bummer !!! ... BEAUTIFUL KITE ...
  3. Just a question I wanted to ask (to anyone) ... on those 2 photos ... it looks like that vertical rods is so close to outer ends that let the sail stretched out so far ... isn't it ? Which revolution kite did you fly in those photos ? Rev EXP ? I never own Rev EXP before ... p.s. it does look like a big pair of trousers ...... MC Hammer pant ? (laughing)
  4. you had a strong wind that bend your kite leading edge into a horseshoe or U shape ? i got that once i was terrified that the leading edge gonna snap ... you using green racing frame, right ?
  5. that stinks big time ... I had a frozen shoulder from playing tournament racquetball ... I thought that my right arm paralyze (could not move fraction of an inch) on the next day, then had to stab a pin into my arm and it hurts, good !!! ... not paralyze ... ... quite scary ... and finally healed after a year passed ... I hope she is not going a long rough time with her frozen shoulder for a whole year ... Arm bicycle machine is a good therapy ... Praying for her fastest recovery
  6. I gave another chance to fly again on Rev 1 with green racing 2 vertical , 1 center rods and 2 stock strong outer rods on a 22 feet quad lines on very light wind (walk breeze speed) today ... that kite was laughing at me, because I still can't control the steering of the Rev 1 kite way too many times ... So, I just let it fly up high and hovering it for like 5 minutes ... Mmm ... I noticed that both outer bridle is hanging loosely ... I tightened both side endcap bridle up, then test fly it ... oooooh yes, now it flies just like Rev B gracefully ... that solved the steering problem big time ... (laughing) now I can fly it very light to no wind for 1.5 hours ... good workout and mission accomplished ... I no longer want to sell or trade my Rev 1 Bout time !!!
  7. did somebody rang ? ... I probably love to do that but this will be very interesting ... play the twilighr zone theme, please fly the kite to farthest side of the wind window and sit on the ground gently is the correct way ?
  8. I did with 50 lbs fishing line (length like 20') on my Rev B on light wind ... it works, but it's springy ... anything longer than that ... good luck control the kite, cause you won't steer it at all ... it curled up like a fur ball when it's not pulled ... Better off to get kite line like LaserPro
  9. I was hoping to see you fall off the dock ... RATS !!! ... nice walking on water
  10. After googled, are you referring to helicopter ... ... (couldn't find it) or like an actually a rod for fishing pole or a rod for kites ? Very interesting ... got more information about it ? and also is this already happened on a bicycle ?
  11. exactly ... weight less and then you just pull very slowly and painfully graceful (laughing) just don't make it float like a balloon ... just enough to make it gliding and stay off the ground over 30 years ago I used to do BMX (bicycle stunt, brutal ... I quit shortly afterward) ... I wonder how can I make this bike lighter ... fill the tubes with helium ... fly higher like E.T. boy did .. (LAUGHING !!!) AIR ... there is a resistance ... therefore, still controllable ... helium rod kite against air

    Bead Rev

Ha !!! ... that brings me a smile ... very cool !!! ...you probably need about 50+ mph wind to fly this kite on 10 feet lines (laughing)
  13. you are on goofy stance (skateboard) ... how about switch bend 360 ? eh ? switch ( go opposite ) I did 360 (not bending) the Blast 2-4 which is seem easier than Rev B
  14. if the knot is at with 10 feet from the kite or handle ... why not cut that 10 feet off ? ... You got yourself a new set of lines I had a fray (at 20 feet from handle/kite) on one of my 80 feet lines ... so now I have 2 set of lines (like 20 feet and 50 feet lines) p.s. this is for my Rev B
  15. probably yeah too much of a gray area and I have purchased Blast 2-4 in here before, after I asked JB to see if the seller is legit to be safe. direct link should be easier to find it immediately as long as seller's reputation is excellent and a well-know seller, too. that is correct to leave it to JB to make the decision
  16. Remember that ? ... (laughing harder) ... Congrats JB !!!
  17. it would be nice to have a eBay link for it ... is that against this forum rules ?
  18. what am i suppose to do with that listing # ? this one ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/SpeedFoil-RM8-2-Line-Power-Stunt-Kite-with-Flying-Line-/111847496594?nma=true&si=0bzFQZgzkCg7QjS9Y7MhrjKLgTo%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
