This is obviously special fuzz for Rev Jedi. Actually, hair growing out of your ears happens naturally as you get older. God has a funny sense of humor ... damn hair stops growing on top of your head and starts sprouting in other places. Growing old is not for the weak of heart! I like this idea for all of your reasons Howard. We all often abandon kit on the beach or field, using this to "stake your claim" to your belongings is great.

Rather than sewing my kite up I would be tempted to turn the Mp3 player up a bit. Best of luck with your project. I dont know anything about making kites quieter I am afraid. I know that some dualies I have had have been VERY noisy. The 2 I have now dont seem to be too bad.

Both bags look good. Designed to meet your needs. Hope they work well in field tests. I used to slide my bag under the rear seat of my Land Rover, it is too fat now. So a Jynx bag would be great for that. I would think there is still room in there for a few spare rods too.

I like the realistic hands you have sewn onto it in the first couple of pics, looks like it might even have feet too. Looks good, hope it suits your needs.

WOW, you will be able to use the internet and play songs on it next So not only have I recently bought the wrong phone, now if I had bought the right one I wouldnt have needed to buy a wind meter. Or MP3 playa.

I agree with the longer lines, more wind window. However shorter lines, more instantly "in touch" with the kite. Not that I know anything about 2 line tricking though.

Looks like he is a hardened drinker. Sharp dresser too. Likes his creature comforts. Not so sure about his taste in Toons. Jungle book would have been better.

As with John I didnt know Margaret, or even know of he I am afraid. It is sad to loose a part of the Kite community, although we all know this is a fact of life. Looking at the kind words and Obituary above her life will be celebrated and remembered by many. What a wonderful string of memories to hold onto in rememberance of what was obviously, even to me who didnt even know of her, a kind and generous member of the kiting family. We all have our losses, both public family and private family. The quality of a persons life is in how they are remembered. I am sure Margaret will be remembered with kindness, and hopefully a smile.
