I have a sort of zipped roll up pouch type thing that is for line storage. Dont know if this is the type of thing you mean. Sorry dont know where it came from as I got it off eBay with some lines. Have seen one somewhere on the net but dont remember where. Sorry.

I demand a recount. She was too early. Can you please put her back in and let her try again. As soon as I thought of this it remended me of my crew mate from the Ambulance Service. I stopped the Ambulance one night to help him help a lady to deliver her little Girl. As I was getting in I saw her with her hands between her legs. He said gently "it's no good my lovely, you wont push it back in" all went welland we carried on to Hospital. Kent I am SO glad all went well for all 3 of you. And thank you SO much for the fun of this competition. And also thank you in a strange way (due to the silly working of my mind) for reminding me of my crew mate. A big CONGRATULATIONS to your family and all the lucky winners.

Made me teary eyed just reading it. So can understand how you feel. But then I am a silly soft sentimental old Bear. I am SO pleased for you Amy. I know a lot of folk will feel the same way as me. I count all the folks on this and the Rev forums as friends and am sad whan something bad happens and glad when it is good. A bit of a shame that everyone who has lost due to this chap can't be involved with his punishment. Think of all the misery caused. Well at least some will get thier stuff back. Now you just need to fly. Dont forget to breathe.

Would have been a cheap way to get a Holliday abroad. Just clip yourself into the lines and keep going till you reached the next bit of land. Glad you didnt risk it with winds that high. I got dragged along on my face just over a year ago. Once my Wife got over the shock of seeing it she thaought it was hilarious.

Thanks Kent. It is definatly fun. Specially as I managed to make an idiot of myself by thinking I had already lost. Very generous of you also. Whatever you decide is best. I think you are right to stick with the initial rules. They were fairly clear and gave anyone the chance to hold back if they wanted to. As long as I win I dont mind. Soon be Christmas. One thing I will ask of you. As your Baby is obviously due near to Christmas. I was born in early January and I always used to get a SPECIAL present at Christmas that was for my Christmas and Birthday. Somehow my brother used to get as good a present for Christmas and then another one for his Birthday later in the year. Insist folks buy seperate Christmas and Birthday presents. Much fairer. You can see how deprived a childhood I had now.

If you decide to go fly do you think you could manage to hold the kite one handed and take some video with the other hand. I will keep an eye out for it for you if it gets away from you.

I am sure someone can help you out with measurements, however if all else fails you can always buy a new bridle. As Ant says, check for twists first.

Drove for over 3 hours in a howling gale to fly with JB a while ago. Well worth the time even if I only got to fly for a little while.

Well there you go what a stupid bear I am. Just checked, yep 15th Dec. For goodness sake take no notice of my earlier mails. Tell your Wife to hang on for a while yet. Nice quiet soothing music and stuff like that. Now I can laugh at Watty, Ha Ha Ha. Think I will just shut up and wish a lot. I have embarresed myself enough for the moment.

Thanks Bruce, gives me a bit more confidence to fly the old girl. I asked Lolly about a repair and she said as it is a REALLY old one the mesh was sewn in differently so it would be difficult to replace. Still kites are for flying, not keeping in the bag. Sooner it rips some more sooner I have an excuse to buy at least 2 more.

Looked fun, nice offshore breeze, not too much surf. In the close up shots of the leading edge it looks like the mesh part has given way in the centre for quite a length, is this so or just a trick of the video?? Just wonder as my Rev 1 has about a 6 inch split between the sail and mesh, I try not to fly it too much as I dont want it to get much worse, specially as it is a REALLY old almost Neos old Rev 1. However you seem to have no problem flying yours???
