  1. Yep, seems ok now, if that is what you were asking
  2. Not sure what those .jpg's are, but not working - here, anyway ?
  3. Sounds great (and not being critical), but just curious, what part of (50 straps for $5 - $6) wasn't appealing. They are 1/2" x 8", which is entirely adequate for bundling a kite, if not, they can be tandemed together to make 16" or longer. They can be easily cut to an "exact" length with scissors, and at that price, they are practically disposable. Another bonus, you will find 1,000 other things to use them for. 😎 Link> Well, I tried to add a link, but it didn't appear to work right. Just go to eBay an search "velcro straps", should you be interested.
  4. Well, it's pretty hard to see those wrinkles, way up in the sky, or when the tail is zooming out of the bag. By the time you bring it down, the wrinkles are basically gone anyway. Time to stuff again...... So, good luck catching me.........
  5. I used a stuff bag. Just begin by putting the trailing end for the tail in first, then just continue until the attachment loop is on top. When it's time to go again, you can hook the kite to the tail and simply fly it right out of the bag. Sure, it might wrinkle the tails a little bit, but I never had anyone say, "your kite's tail looks wrinkled up there", not once.
  6. I agree with Sparkie's methods, which I eventually began using. I used the velcro straps for a while, but it just became a hassle to keep up with them, etc. If you want something of that nature, these are pretty cheap and easily found on eBay (50 straps for $5 - $6)
  7. Wayne, you got way to many quads. And you used to talk about me 😜
  8. You see Ralph, if I hadn't coerced you to join Kitelife, when I did, you probably would have a different (non-winning) number. Congrats buddy !
  9. Way to go, Ralph ! Just what you need - ONE MO KITE
  10. Gosh, I suppose I'm guilty. However, not by myself, not by a long shot. When I'm at the coast, there are people literally everywhere, up and down the beach, flying SLK's at 200', 300', 400', even 500'. I must be missing something here, because 150' is nothing ? I agree, probably shouldn't do this near the airport fence, but really - 150' ?
  11. Well, actually, you got it ! It just doesn't get much better.....
  12. Okay JB, It's been another eventful year, with lots of changes, especially for you. Just wanted to wish you the very best, as you partake upon your next trip around the sun. May it be one of your best ! Take care my friend & HAPPY BIRTHDAY ! 🍺🎂 🍺

  15. Man, you guys are getting D E E P ! But keep it up ! Only good can come out of this ........ Hang in there RC..
  16. Hey Wayne, hope you are keeping up with this. I know you are.....
  17. Hey Sparkie, Good to hear back from you. I suppose it's already 2017 down under, eh ?
