JoneZ
aye m8 got em all downloaded. I thought this site I listed would be of some help to newcomers as well. It is pretty helpful to me, being as I can write them down in my notebook word for word, make my own descriptions, and bring that out on the field to practice with. Heres that same site, organized by function http://www.idemployee.id.tue.nl/p.j.f.pete...uncidx.frm.html

Breezin
AHHHHH taking a break and the link isn't coming up. Hope it's not gone for good cause like a fool I didn't download it. Used this more than anything else. Well I guess I'd better put up the Nighthawk cause it's the best when I fly angry. DANG NAB IT!!!!!!!! makatakam
That's why electronic data storage sucks -- things vanish rather easily.

Breezin
Yup, watch those a lot. Don't emulate videos very well though. Understand what I'm seeing but feeling it is something else. Plus I get excited and forget. The reading seems to stick better. Not so much a whole trick but as I'm flying I can recognize a point of input even if I don't do it. Reading allows me to see it in my 3rd eye. Makes for quicker reactions and a more intuitive feel. 99.9% of the time the book has always been better than the movie for me.They didn't do to awful bad a job with Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy. Trying to turn a Terry Pratchett book into a movie would probably suck. Like in kiting it's the nuances in the LINES that grab ya.C'mon now that's funny. Kite lines. The written lines of a book. Alright maybe not so much. At the start his videos were the only ones I could come close to copying. Since I started flying my range of motion has improved a ton. The crisp mechanical way he demonstrates tricks is pretty much the only way I can fly in high winds.

Did anyone download these? Or did anyone find them mirrored/saved on an internet archive? If so, how could we get permission to share them? It would be a shame to lose this very helpful information! And, I should say “thank you” to p.j.f.peters for writing it, curating it, and/or making it available in the first place.
jaydub200
The way back when machine is your friend: https://web.archive.org/web/20131012053815/http://www.idemployee.id.tue.nl/p.j.f.peters/kites/basics/alphaidx.frm.html There was an updated version on Fractured Axel called the Tricky Wiki, however I think this is no longer supported following the last site update, although it is still accessible: http://fracturedaxel.co.uk/wiki9/tiki-index.php?page=HomePage 1
