Ares1744
REDUCED: $425 So I have a Lam Hoac made vented Mind Trick I've flown once. Not sure if I'll fly it again so I am tempted to sell it. If I put it up for sale would anyone here be interested in it? Also, I've never shipped a kite so any advice on that would be helpful. I have a few line sets for the mind trick and dynamic dt12 and dt10 lower spreaders. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using KiteLife mobile app

Lisa Bernard / Kiteworld
I find that sandwiching the kite between two pieces of cardboard is the cheapest way to go, post office and of course writing fragile and do not bend on package, it can bring shipping price down alot
esinger
I think the best is get a 36" mailing tube from Staples, Office Max or Office Depot. You can break down the leading edges and it should easily fit into one of those. A google search shows them in the $5 to $10 range

John Barresi
I'm a big fan of the triangular boxes too, especially if you find a tube that fits inside it to double up. https://store.usps.com/store/product/shipping-supplies/dual-use-priority-mailpriority-mail-express-medium-tube-P_O_1098M
Ares1744
Will look into the usps tube package. Anyone know if they carry them at usps offices?Sent from my iPhone using KiteLife mobile app
Lisa Bernard / Kiteworld
Pay for air? Normally you have to put two triangular boxes together for certain kites to fit. Whatever you decide is wonderful.

Ares1744
The pic above is what Lam sent me before I bought it. After the one flight as expected there is a little bit of dirt on the tips of the kite just from light landings. Ares1744
Was thinking $550 since I bought an extra spreader (dt12) from him and 2 line sets for the kite so it would be a complete package. I used to have 2 extra lower spreader connectors but after a purge of our basement items I cannot find them. First line set is a laser pro 90lb test length at 125ft. Second is a laser pro 50lb test at 120ft.Sent from my iPhone using KiteLife mobile app
Ares1744
Just to update going to sell this officially. For everything price is $500. Buyer pays for shipping. Still need to get the medium sized triangular shaped shipping box but that's what I'll use to ship it in.Sent from my iPhone using KiteLife mobile app

Breezin
Spent 3 hours on this kite today . Wind 25 mph sustained with some gusts I'm sure hitting 30. Absolutely amazed. Love this kite. Shipped promptly and packed exceedingly well. Did I say I was pleased? No? Well that would have just been a major understatement anyways !!!
