Hey I got to try out a new "B-2" at the clinic Sunday, now I know why I wanted to win the vented so bad!!!! FAST!!!! Holy Moley!!! Doesn't even come close to a description!!!! More input than my brain can handle at any one time!!!!! I definitely would like to fly some sort of vented model to see how that works for me!!!!

If you're just starting, use as long a lineset as you can!! Longer lines mean a little more time for any input to reach the kite! It gives you a bit more time to react!! Also, if you think you're gonna crash - Give to the kite!! Makes your impacts much softer!! Pulling just drives the kite into the ground!!

Myself, I use 10' x 90#!!

I've been flying indoors for only a short while, but my Indoor is a real treat!! You'll learn to let things develop and not overpower it!! This light touch will also rub off on your outdoor flying too! Any color combos can be discussed with Lolly at Rev!!! She'll let you know what is possible!!

Yes they are, and that's OK!! Not every type of rod fits one's flying style perfectly, that's why there are so many to choose from!! You try, you form opinions, you decide what fits you and your style best!!! No one is "right or wrong", just figuring out how something fits into their choices!! Heck, what you like today may change tomorrow!!!!

Hi - The Zen had been used indoors, but it isn't the best tool for that job!! The Indoor was designed around that purpose, lighter spars, sail, no bridle, etc.........! If you only go inside occasionally, then the Zen might fill the need, but it'll be harder than the Indoor! If you plan on being a regular indoor flier, get an Indoor Rev!!!

Next step is figuring out how to fly without the fans!!!

While I don't have the 4-D, I do have an old 3-D that I fly on 30' lines!! Used to fly it in my work's parking lot!!

On the 10th ... never happen!!!! You see, John stretches these drawings out longer than a death sentence appeal. The 10th is on a Sunday, so he'll whine about being at a festival some place and away from the RNG. Then on Monday he'll complain about all the e-mails and postings that he needs to review. Then on Tuesday ... Well, you get the idea. Most of the over 60 year old group will have heart attacks if he announces the winner Sunday morning. That would be bad for business, so ... Sorry, Tom Maybe he'll surprise everybody!!!!! TICK, TICK, TICK!!!!
