  1. That depends on the condition of everything, and what is included, but if the kite's in great shape then YEAH!!
  2. I never noticed that I could do that! All done!
  3. I scrolled down on the forum home page to the "events in the next 90 days" thing and it did not say WSIKF. WSIKF starts in 2 days!!! Why is it not there? This is just one of those little things that bugs me forever so I just had to ask.
  4. There's of course Kitelife. www.revkites.com and pretty much every link on the Kitelife homepage.
  5. I think that sale is over now. And if it isn't she ran out if B's any way.
  6. Sweet. I've never seen him fly indoors before (except in videos)
  7. Well, I already got the string and stuff, but the endcap is broken. Ben's just gonna bring the little endcap piece to WSIKF.
  8. Here's the deal, I was flying my rev Indooor outside in about 1 mph wind, when suddenly one of the bridal type things snapped !(This was a little while ago). I never found the end cap. Ben sent out a new piece for me . I just got the piece in the mail, and the hard end cap part was broken in three places . As if it couldn't get worse, I was flying my 1.5 in low wind with my Rev Indoor 2 Wrap down spars. I got what I thought was a little wing wrap, but when I pulled on a line, one of the down spars snapped in half !! Hopefully I'll be able to get everything fixed at WSIKF. Thanks for listening to me vent!
  9. You won't have a problem with competition. You'll be a great soul flier!
  10. That's a cool kite! Looks nice too.
  11. Not bad at all! That's better than what I can do with a duel line!
  12. Is there anyone on this forum who happens to be part of te Lilac City Win Chasers in Spokane WA? If so could you please PM me? Thanks Spence Watson
  13. If "Dirty Deeds" is in 2006, how come the camera date says Jul 17, 2005?
  14. Throw handles are just longer, usually about 13" i think. These just make it easier to pull the kite out of the air, but the handles that came with your B-Series are the same as the ones I use. Those handles won't be a problem.
  15. LOL! I was sitting here waiting to see you flying a rev!!
  16. Here's a link to Revkites.com There's a forum there talking about just this. There's also a video. Enjoy http://www.revkites.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=513
  17. No need to worry, I'll be sure to meet up with Penny, Theresa, and many other people. (I haven't seen any other rev flier in a year!)
  18. Why are people talking about the panal arangment (I spelt that wrong) all of a sudden?
  19. Buying a sail is no problem. I've had to replace a 1.5 sail because it had a big rip in it, and was able to get a brand new one. I suggest www.thekiteshoppe.com. On the first page that popps up should be some contact info. Just get a hold of Theresa and I'm sure she'd be able to sort something out for you.
  20. It's just a down spar. Can't wait to get there!
  21. Yeah. I'm Spence. Watty comes from my last name (Watson) But I actually won't be able to bring my Rev Indoor (I broke a spar and don't have an extra). I will not be able to buy a new one either because of stuff that will just make this post longer and will be off topic Have you gotten permision to show the new pin Penny?
  22. Kewl, come say hello and I'm Watty on the forum. BB Penny thinking you will like the Rev indoors. You know you've met me before Penny. Last year at WSIKF, you let me take your 1.5 off into another field to fly it for about an hour. And 2 years ago at WSIKF, you let me fly your Pirate rev. I'm looking forward to seeing you again along with every one else I met there.
  23. Sounds interesting. I think I know wht you're thinking John. Speaking of the Indoor fly, I plan on going and bringing my Rev Indoor, but I've never actually flown indoors, so I'm hoping to be able to try it.
  24. For a flier who's been flying for 6 weeks, I would not suggest a speed series kite or a blast. Thos are the hardest revs to fly.If you want to have some more speed, get a rev 2. They are faster, but not as fast as the speed series. You must remember that the Speed series can go from one side of the window to the other in an instant. I'm not saying that the spped and blast revs are bad, just that they are tough for an inexperienced flier. In about a year, I think you would be able to fly one with few problems.
