  1. Awwwwww, what a cutie! You need to have a mini Rev made for him!!!
  2. Thanks Baloo! I really like the options that this company has available. Thanks Penny! Thought I'd test the waters with this idea and see how it does.
  3. Thank You, John!
  4. I'm Soooo Glad you guys like my design! Rev flying, as we all know, is such a fun and coooool thing to do. I wanted to create a more modern design which reflects that. I tried to create a variety of products to suit everyone's individual tastes.
  5. Just in time for Christmas, I thought I'd make your shopping either a little easier (or harder! LOL!) My current design is for the Rev Heads, but I hope to have other Kiting themed goodies available in the new year. Lots of colors, sizes and styles available! http://www.zazzle.com/leshockarts/gifts I should add that these items are not official Revolution merchandise, but I have spoken to Ben in advance.
  6. If ever someone lives and breathes kites, it's Antman!!! I'd still be off struggling with my Rev at my local park if it weren't for Ant's help and infectious enthusiasm, so I wanted to wish him an Absolutely Awesome Birthday!!! You Rock, Sir.

    Mega Vent

Wow, that's a really interesting design, Harrier! I'll be anxious to hear how it fares in the heavier wind ranges.
  8. Awwwww, that's ~such~ a shame! I had no idea he was a WWII veteran as well. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends. I sincerely hope that his legacy continues through his kites. They are beautiful and mesmerizing to watch and I've always wanted to add one to my kitebag now that I'm flying quads. I'm sure he's earned his wings in heaven.
  9. Hello Ido! That sounds like soundtrack music from the movie Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102798/
  10. Dave Gomberg of Gomberg Kites recently reported on his site that he was hired to raise some Octopi for a new Colbie Caillat video! The video and making of are online for viewing now! http://schillerserver.de/entrance/ Neat stuff, Dave!
  11. I think you might like the versatility of the Revs. They can be flown either with delicacy and precision, indoors or out, or for speed and power. The style of flying is entirely up to you once you learn the basics. Plus you get the benefit of a great community of folk who love to help.
  12. Great Stuff Everybody!!! Look like a low ceiling too! Eeeek!
  13. According to John: He, Steve, Adrian & JD were there, but in that particular clip only JB & Steve were flying. Doesn't look like they had much room. Eeek!
  14. You can see the John and Steve doing their thang off to the right edge of the screen in this segment called the "Twelve Year Old Train Buff", Start looking at -01.27 ... http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/ Woo!!!
  15. It's always fun to watch you fly, Watty! What length lines are you using?
  16. Ahhhh, Cool. I wondered about that!
  17. Oh I love it, what a cool idea for a quad kite!

    Race Rods

I haven't found any Cons yet. They are marvelous rods in so many different kinds of winds and flying conditions.
  19. As for the Olympics... Great insight on event and competition workings, JB! You've been there, so you should know!!! It's high time someone invented a wind stadium tho... I have to agree with Ant too. I think we'd have to be satisfied having Sport Kiting as being an XGame and that's not such a bad thing I think!
  20. You've broken them in just the way you want to? I think I like the Black & Red shadow better actually. Tribal stuff looks so great on kites!
  21. Eeeeek! Oh Myyyyyy... At least you are able to laugh at it! :?
  22. That shadow is really sweeeeet! Sport kiting ~Should~ be an Olympic Sport, darnit! I mean... freaking table tennis is!?!?! Sport kiting takes so much more skill...
  23. That's so cool!
  24. Ohhh I KNOW! I have to admit that I thought of you when I saw this poor little kite wrapping around the flagpole. As I had mentioned above, I think it is a small kid's foil.
  25. I ~think~ it's a small foil with 2 ribbon tails (from the way it flapped around). That's a neat way of looking at it. It's always better to see the positive over the negative. *thumbs up* However, I would never wish the pain and misfortune that Antman just endured on anybody. Thankfully his experience turned into a huge positive tho! I wasn't really referring to expensive sport kites with this post tho.
