RobB
Sad news, one of our members, Andre has passed away... http://kitelife.com/forum/user/4526-andre/ I didn't know him in person, but he took his time to be a digital friend of mine, offered good advice, and even offered to send me one of his Spectre XUL kites. I wish I had taken him up on it, you know, you always think you have all the time in the world... I don't know any details of his passing, it seems that he was a young guy, gone too soon. Rest in Peace, Andre !
jeepinjeepin
Wow, his profile shows him as being 44. My dad passed just shy of 49. It's tough. Thoughts are with the family. Edit: Whoa, I was just looking at his FB profile and his kites this week.
Palmahnic
I recall him posting on the colibri xl he build. Such a fantastic accomplishment. Such a loss. Thank you kindly, Iftah.
Dave362
I remember the amazing videos of the cool kites he made. Truly special stuff. Great loss for sure, and a sad day. Prayers to his family

RobB
Here's a big part of the kites that he was into... Next time you're flying, tip a wing for him.
SparkieRob
King of the speed kites. Followed with a lot of interest his development of the lightest possible kite. The Wraith. Rest in peace. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Fred van Curen
Every kite flying is special in thier own right, a lose fellow flyer is truly sad. When your out flying your kite, take a moment of silence, and than lift your kite up to them all.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It was his Colibri XL that caught my attention. Man, it would be awesome to fly that from a tower or steep peak(with a personal tether) so you could go below horizontal. Then I found the speed kites and then the Wraith. He will truly be talked about for some time to come.
